What To Include
For chart-writing bugs, include your iPad model, iPadOS version, iChart version or TestFlight build, chart type, active tool, what you expected to happen, and the shortest steps that reproduce the issue.
For account or Pro questions, include the email tied to your iChart account and whether the app currently shows Basic or Pro.
What Not To Send
Do not send passwords, verification links, recovery links, payment credentials, App Store credentials, API keys, or other private credentials.
Useful App Areas
In the app, check Help for FAQ, User Policy, Legal Policy, and Contact Us notes. Settings shows account status, subscription state, cloud backup state, and restore options.
