Overview

iChart is an iPad app for writing, editing, saving, exporting, and sharing practical music charts. By using iChart, you agree to use the app and its services responsibly and only with content you have the right to create, upload, or share.

Accounts

A free iChart account and email verification are required to use iChart. Accounts tie your email, name, Pro access choice, purchase history, support identity, cloud backup, and community attribution to the same user record. Keep your sign-in information private. Contact support if your account identity needs to be corrected.

Current Free Pro Access And Basic

Verified iChart accounts currently receive Pro access at no charge, including unlimited local charts, Projects, cloud backup and restore, and Forums. No new subscription or checkout is required for this free access, and it does not automatically become a paid subscription.

You can choose Basic or rejoin free Pro in Settings. Basic includes the core chart-writing tools and unlimited PDF exports, with a three-chart limit for new chart creation. Choosing Basic disables Pro-only services but keeps existing charts editable, including when you already have more than three charts. Choosing Basic by itself does not delete existing charts, Projects data, downloads, setlist links, or cloud backups.

We will give advance notice in the app before pricing changes; any new paid subscription will require your explicit confirmation with Apple.

Existing Apple Subscriptions

Changing app access does not cancel an existing Apple subscription or issue a refund. If you already have an active Apple subscription, its Apple billing and renewal terms still apply. Use Manage My Subscription in the app to manage or cancel Apple billing.

Apple handles subscription billing, cancellation, payment information, and refund requests. Apple decides whether to approve App Store refund requests. iChart retains purchase-history restore and subscription verification for existing Apple purchases.

Charts And Forum Content

You are responsible for charts, comments, and other content you create or publish. Do not upload unlawful, infringing, abusive, misleading, private, or harmful material. Forum uploads publish reviewed PDF snapshots for community use, not editable source chart files.

iChart may remove forum posts, comments, votes, or accounts from community access when needed to protect the service, users, copyright owners, or the reliability of the community chart library.

Support And Account Deletion

Signed-in users can request account deletion in the app from Settings > Account > Delete Account. If you cannot access your account, contact support@useichart.com from the email tied to your iChart account when possible.

Deleting your iChart account does not cancel an existing Apple subscription or itself issue a refund. Manage Apple billing separately through your Apple account.

Apple Terms

Downloads, subscriptions, and App Store billing are also governed by Apple's App Store terms and the standard Apple licensed application end user license agreement unless App Store Connect shows a separate agreement for iChart.
